US Under Secretary of State John Bass is set to travel to Jordan, where he will meet with senior government officials to discuss efforts to de-escalate regional conflicts.
Bass will discuss the recent transfer of $845.1 million from the United States to Jordan, as well as promoting stability in Gaza and the West Bank.
Regarding Syria, Bass will discuss the need for a Syrian-led political solution in line with UN Security Council Resolution 2254.
